Danielle Apartments

Befeler Group, through an affiliate, acquired this 26-unit garden-type apartment complex in the heart of Hialeah near City Hall and the County Courts. Danielle Apartments consists of one, two story building, on a 20,250 square foot lot with a center courtyard. When acquired, the property was distressed, undermanaged and in need of repositioning. Befeler Group immediately repositioned, remodeled, and upgraded the property. Rents were almost immediately increased by approximately 20%, and the property has since been consistently 100% leased and performing well.
